The name HeartArtConnection symbolizes the integral role connection plays in our wellbeing. This includes connection with ourselves, our hearts, other human beings, nature, consciousness, the divine and more. Tools such as art can be used to foster, expand and deepen this connection within us and the outside world. When we drop into our hearts we can feel into our truth as a compass for our lives. Hence the name came to be with these ideas in mind, all in one word symbolizing connectedness, HeartArtConnection.

We’ll blend shamanic practices, creative arts therapy, mindfulness and other modalities tailored to your individual needs for a unique way to explore and grow. These sessions are not therapy, however the benefits are designed to be empowering and eye-opening. This model allows us the freedom to support you on your personal and spiritual journey beyond the constraints of conventional mental health practices.
